Distant Worlds

This project was created in Unreal 5 for my Digital Sets class. It was a final project to exercise using all the skills we learned through our time in class. It was inspired by the video game No Mans Sky.

Cyber City

I was playing Cyberpunk 2077 at the time while learning some advanced topics in my classes. This was made to showcase things several topics like smoke sim, hardsurface modeling, MASH, cloth sim, and after effects. It was created over 10 weeks and using the things I learned in 3 classes to make one ultimate final project.

Fallout Pitstop

This Fallout insipired scene is a tip of the hat to the Fallout New Vegas game. Learning important fundamentals about terrain building and how to handle large scale terrains. Using this I went right to work in creating a cinamatic based on my favorite game series. I used premade assets from Sketchfab, Megascans, and Turbosquid.

Lazy Robot

Something that started off as some doodles during my storyboarding class turned into a full short for my Animation and VFX in Maya class. This showcases many different homework's of the course of the class that I smashed into one animation. I wonder what these scouting robots will find?

Change of Expression - Gamer Idea

Inspired by many late nights gaming with friends during our summer breaks growing up I hoped to capture that excitement in this animation exercise.

The goal was to capture an experience through a change of emotions and I based mine on the ups and downs of gaming.

Balance Exercise - A Simple Jump

A fun animation showing the balance of a character. The transfers of weight in a simple floating platform that should just take our hero to the other side. Hopefully our hero doesn't run into too much trouble!
